Cardboard Boxes

In line with our customers' special orders, cardboard quality is selected and the boxes produced are among the most important packaging materials for displaying products on shelves.

These boxes, which come into direct contact with the products or are usually placed in multiples after being packaged in film, are very important in terms of protecting the product, creating and maintaining market share, and ensuring a visual image on the shelves.

The selection of cardboard material is made by considering the type of material to be carried, weight and strength requirements, special presentation requirements, cardboard stiffness, cardboard surface properties, cardboard density and thickness, and shelf life.

Following this, our cardboard boxes enter the printing and production process, where printing work, special cutting and folding shapes, window, perforation, embossing, foil stamping, and coating details, as well as automatic or manual usage features are determined. They are then specially packaged and shipped to our customers.

Cardboard rolls sourced from specialized paper manufacturers both internationally and within Turkey come in a wide range of qualities and characteristics. These materials, which have very high biodegradable and recyclable properties, constitute the least harmful packaging materials used worldwide.

This packaging format, which has been the subject of numerous design competitions, enables the creation of visual masterpieces. Luxury virgin cardboard, multi-layered kraft cardboard, cardboard with one or both sides coated, chemically bleached or mechanically processed cardboard, two- or three-layer coated cardboard, foil or film-coated barrier cardboard, and cardboard with varying densities ranging from 180 grams per square meter to 995 grams per square meter.
